Tall Mug with Wild Streak

€39.00
Sold Out

A tall mug thrown on the wheel with a white/cream stoneware clay. After adding the handle, I brushed on a thick slip (liquid clay) made using hand-dug clay from my Grandad’s farm in Cappamore, co. Limerick. It was then fired in the kiln once, before being coated in a clear crackle glaze that I made myself and put back into the kiln for its second firing to 1230°C.

Holds approximately 300ml.

I recommend hand-washing for longevity.
