A cup for a small coffee, thrown on the wheel with a white/cream stoneware clay. After adding the handle, I brushed on a thick slip (liquid clay) to give the body some added texture. It was then fired in the kiln once, before being coated in a burgundy glaze that I made myself and put back into the kiln for its second firing to 1230°C.
Holds approximately 200ml.
I recommend hand-washing for longevity.
